As you now know, we are open today.
We know people will be hesitant in these strange times and concerned for their and other people’s safety. So are we. We have our steps in place to ensure we are following Irish Government guidelines and Golfing Union of Ireland rules. We have even gone further with some of our own rules and registrations.
– our clubhouse remains closed
– Green Fees must be paid with exact change only cash
– there is no bank card payment facilities
– an online payment facility through our website is currently in construction
– you do not have to book ahead a tee time
– turn up, pay and play
– there are no club hire or ball/tee purchasing facilities available
– all flags have been removed from the greens
– the pins have been placed at the centre of each green
– the course toilet obviously remains open, please use all hygiene & cleansing products available
– there is hand washing facilities outside the clubhouse with hand sanitising products
– maximum number of people is 3 individuals together, with social distancing measures practiced
– there is no limit on number of groups playing on the course currently. This will be monitored closely over the coming week
– sitting benches at the Putting Green have been removed. If there is a queue at the 1st tee, please wait in your car or at a safe distance
– you can report any actions by individuals that conflict with these rules to John on the mobile number on the clubhouse door
– please play with normal golfing etiquette, while adhering to all CoVid-emergency rules also
